# One line. Then log in.

The installer puts uv on the machine if it is missing, installs the CLI as a uv tool and verifies it. Windows: `irm https://dataspring.app/install.ps1 | iex`.

`dataspring auth login` prints a code and a link. Open the link on any device and approve. It works over SSH and in containers too.

Agents that speak MCP need no CLI: they connect to `https://dataspring.app/api/mcp/` and sign in the same way. In Claude Code:
